How to Play
- Place 2 settlements and 2 roads during setup
- Roll dice each turn — adjacent hexes pay out resources
- Build roads, settlements (1 VP), and cities (2 VP)
- Trade resources 4:1 with bank, or better via ports
- Roll a 7 to move the robber and steal from opponents
- First to 10 VP wins
Development Cards
- Knight — move the robber, steal a resource
- Road Building — place 2 free roads immediately
- Year of Plenty — take any 2 resources from the bank
- Monopoly — collect all of one resource from all players
- Victory Point — 1 secret VP, revealed at game end
- Play one card per turn, before or after rolling
Milestones
- Longest Road (5+ connected) = 2 VP, stolen by a longer road
- Largest Army (3+ knights played) = 2 VP, stolen by more knights
- Cities double resource production on their hex
- Ports: 2:1 for one resource, 3:1 generic on board edges
- Robber blocks all production on its hex until moved
- Milestones transfer instantly when surpassed
Catch-Up Buffs
- Every 5 turns, last-place player gets all three buffs
- Catch-Up Yield — +1 of your rarest resource
- Free Dev Card — draw one card at no cost
- Mercy Port — permanently trade any resource at 3:1
- Keeps close games competitive until the end
- All buffs are toggleable for custom game modes
